These tips and tricks will make applying stickers easy every time! Trust me i even tried it on my Lamborghini lease, and it did work well. Follow the tip step by step

Clean Surface

clean before signage

Use soap and water or rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol) and water to pre-wash the area where you’ll be applying the sticker. We recommend a 50/50 solution of water and alcohol. To remove soap or residue, rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning with soapy water. Use only water to clean your windows. The residue may reduce the effectiveness of your sticker’s cling.

Temperatures Should Be Moderate

Ideally, your stickers should be installed in an area that is shaded away from direct sunlight for the best results. Stickers should be applied when the temperature is above 50°F and below 90°F as much as possible.

Use Masking Tape

USE ADHESIVE REMOVER

Using masking tape can be a very effective way of ensuring that your sticker is perfectly positioned where you want it. If the white backing paper is still in place, you should position the sticker on the surface you’re going to apply it to, so that it’s facing the surface the sticker should be applied to. The top edge of the sticker should be taped along with a piece of masking tape so that the sticker will remain in the correct position once applied. Once that is done, peel off the backing paper of the sticker as if it were on a hook, and then lift the sticker off the back. From the top to the bottom, slowly lower the sticker while holding onto the bottom edge, pressing with your thumb from the center out.

Wet Method

Although it is possible to apply most small decals without using water, this tip will come in handy when you need to apply larger and very large stickers. After you have clean the surface area and washed it thoroughly, you should spray the area again with a solution made up of about 5% soap and 95% water using a spray bottle. When the area is still wet, you should apply the sticker. If you do this, it will prevent it from adhering immediately and you will have the chance to reposition it if necessary. You can also use a squeegee or a plastic card in order to remove any bubbles that may have formed.

Tend To the Transfer Tape

Our stickers come with three different layers; the first layer is the transfer tape; the second layer is the sticker; the third layer is the backing paper. This layer is a white clinging paper on top of the sticker that adheres to the non-adhesive side and keeps it together; the third layer is the sticker, and the fourth layer is the backing paper.

You should firmly press the sticker and transfer tape together before applying these types of stickers. Apply medium pressure with a plastic card or a squeegee to the transfer tape. In this way, the sticker won’t stick to the backing paper.

If you use transfer tape, you should leave it in place for at least 3 hours and up to 24 hours before removing it. Transfer tape may need to be left on longer in cold weather. Using a blow dryer on low heat will speed up the process when it’s cold out.
